Aunt Ann’s In-House Staffing was a founding member of APNA in 1993. In 2014, Aunt Ann’s In-House Staffing was awarded the APNA LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD. This award is given to a leader within the APNA community who has generously given their time, shared their knowledge, and helped to pave the way for success.
As a proud member of the Domestic Estate Management Association (DEMA), we support the mission of the organization in our daily operations. DEMA was founded in 2007 to provide a forum for Private Service Professionals and certified service vendors interested in serving & protecting the best interests of their clients. The fundamental purpose of the association is to raise industry standards.

International Nanny Association
INA is America’s oldest and largest in-home child care industry association, serving nannies, parents, nanny agencies, educators and industry service professionals.
INA was founded in 1985 to professionalize the nanny industry, to promote better employment conditions and respect for nannies, and to promote quality in-home childcare around the world.
INA 35-Year Service Award
In 2018, the International Nanny Association awarded Aunt Ann’s In-House Staffing the INA Service Award pin, which recognizes those within the in-home child care industry for their hard work, dedication, and commitment to professional excellence.
The INA Service Award Pin Program was launched in 2010, in celebration of INA’s 25th anniversary. Individuals who have been employed as a nanny, nanny educator, or business owner (referral agency or industry service provider) for 5 or more years (working a minimum of 24 hours per week) and are currently an INA member in good standing are eligible for the pin.

Aunt Ann’s In-House Staffing has been a member of California Staffing Professionals for over 30 years.
CSP has adopted rigid standards of ethical practice that all members have agreed to follow. These standards ensure that CSP members conduct their businesses in a legal, ethical and self-regulated manner that honestly serves the dual consumers of private placement services. CSP members are dedicated to helping all people, regardless of race, creed, color, national origin, age or handicaps, in their search for gainful, satisfying employment.
University of SF Gellert Family Business Award
Aunt Ann’s In-House Staffing was honored to receive the Gellert Family Business Award from the University of San Francisco’s School of Management. The annual Gellert awards recognize extraordinary business achievement and community service. USF Professor Monika Hudson, director of the Gellert Family Business Resource Center, said, “Aunt Ann’s In-House Staffing’s bottom-line is not about profit or satisfying their shareholders, but rather ensuring the satisfaction of their clients and employees.” As award recipients, Aunt Ann’s received certificates of recognition from the U.S. Congress, California State Senate and Assembly, and San Francisco Board of Supervisors.
