Too Good To Be True Housekeeping Position

Aunt Ann's is working with a fantastic client who has a home in Atherton that needs daily housekeeping and upkeep.  The key qualities the client is looking for is quality of work, privacy and trust as well as professional demeanor. These are essential for a fulfilling and long term relationship with with the family. -Minimum 2 years' experience as a hands on housekeeper in a 5,000 or more square foot home with excellent, verifiable references
-Must have experience working in formal environments, with finer furnishings and attention to detail

-Clean Background Check, Great Communication Skills Necessary
-Valid Driver's License Required
-Must be able to complete I-9, with accompanying documentation

The basic responsibilities of the position include complete and deep cleaning of the home, laundry and ironing of the household linens, mopping, dusting, sweeping up the dog hair daily, disinfecting bathrooms and kitchen surfaces as well as projects of organization. This home is a very formal home and it is necessary to have prior experience working in a more formal environment, and have great attention to detail. The knowledge of fits and finishes is a must, as the client really appreciates a completely pristine home. There is also a dog friend in the home, so the housekeeper must be comfortable animals, although there is very little care needed for the dog.

-Avid knowledge of housekeeping and cleaning procedures
-Ability to create and maintain deep cleaning rotation schedule
-Knowledge of cleaning fine furnishings, antiques, marble, granite, hardwood, etc...
-Exceptional eye for detail, and diligent work ethic
